Yes, your plan really does include unlimited requests. If a larger task takes more than a month to complete, we simply continue working on it into the next month as part of your ongoing subscription—there are no extra fees, and it just stays in your active queue until it’s done.
Turnaround time depends on the nature and complexity of each request, but most tasks are completed within a few days. In general, no request should take longer than a week, and many small updates can be turned around in a day or even a few hours.
We work with a variety of customers at the same time, and Standard plan clients are given higher priority in our queue than Basic plan clients. That means your tasks are picked up sooner and generally completed faster, while still benefiting from the same unlimited request model.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. You’ll continue to have access to your site and active tasks until the end of your current billing period.
